“Resilient Joy” is a multifaceted, multi-medium project of how a Black, QQQQQ, Kenyan IIIIIIIII living in rural Indiana outshines a global pandemic, being broke as fok because of said pandemic, and the mental emotional yumminess of being nut-tapped, dunked on and smacked around by discrimination and self-abandonment, yes, yes, yes, the story of how he sets sail upon the Love and Light within himself.

 

It is a hope-filled fable of unconditional, adamant self love documented in poetry, photography, and songs of shamanic prayer.
